RedCoach Bus USA is a bus that travels to key cities of the USA. It first started in May 2010 and has served more than half a million customers. Tickets bought on or before March 20, 2020
- Your travel must be before April 30, 2020
- Reschedule is available (future date within 12 months) without charge within
- You can cancel your ticket and receive a voucher (do this at least 3 hours before departure)
- Credit Voucher can be used within 12 months

How to Change your Trip with RedCoach
You will need to contact RedCoach through their phone – 1-877-733-0724. Please prepare your ticket or reference number and the date of your new trip.
How to Get a Refund from your Trip with RedCoach
Affected Passengers
If you are an affected passenger that purchased a ticket on or before March 20, 2020, and travels before April 30, 2020, you can get a credit voucher.
It’s better to contact 877-733-0724 or e-mail [email protected] to get your credit voucher.
Non-Affected Passengers
Please check if you are eligible for a refund (see the top and type of ticket you have). Service fees may apply.
STEP 1: Go to the Online Refund page of RedCoach USA.
STEP 2: Enter the transaction code found in the e-mail confirmation and follow the steps.
STEP 3: Receive the refund of your ticket.
