RedCoach Bus USA is a bus that travels to key cities of the USA. It first started in May 2010 and has served more than half a million customers. RedCoach is still running its buses, but there will be changes in schedules, so be sure to check your e-mail regularly. Limited seats are also sold to ensure social distancing. Please also contact them if your trip is already near.

Check out the current travel alerts of RedCoach USA, here. If you are pushing through your travels, don’t worry as the bus is regularly disinfected so are the Terminals.

Tickets bought on or before March 20, 2020

  • Your travel must be before April 30, 2020
  • Reschedule is available (future date within 12 months) without charge within
  • You can cancel your ticket and receive a voucher (do this at least 3 hours before departure)
  • Credit Voucher can be used within 12 months

  • Non-transferrable
  • Cancelation can be requested 3 hours before departure time to get a refund, 50% service fee and conditions may apply
  • Change can be done 3 hours before departure time, 50% service fee plus price difference is paid
  • With Red Rider Points
  • Can be combined with discounts and promos

Standard Tickets

  • Non-transferrable
  • Cancelation can be requested 3 hours before departure time to get a refund, 30% service fee and conditions may apply
  • Change can be done 3 hours before departure time, 30% service fee plus price difference is paid
  • With Red Rider Points
  • Can be combined with discounts and promos

Flexible

  • Non-transferrable
  • Cancelation can be requested 3 hours before departure time to get a refund, with no service fee
  • Change can be done 3 hours before departure time; fare differences may be paid
  • With Red Rider Points
  • Can’t be combined with discounts and promos

How to Change your Trip with RedCoach

You will need to contact RedCoach through their phone – 1-877-733-0724. Please prepare your ticket or reference number and the date of your new trip.

How to Get a Refund from your Trip with RedCoach

Affected Passengers

If you are an affected passenger that purchased a ticket on or before March 20, 2020, and travels before April 30, 2020, you can get a credit voucher.

It’s better to contact 877-733-0724 or e-mail wecanhelp@redcoachusa.com to get your credit voucher.

Non-Affected Passengers

Please check if you are eligible for a refund (see the top and type of ticket you have). Service fees may apply.

STEP 1: Go to the Online Refund page of RedCoach USA.

STEP 2: Enter the transaction code found in the e-mail confirmation and follow the steps.

STEP 3: Receive the refund of your ticket.
