  3. Hello. Starting June 3, 2022, BPI removed the OTP when transferring cash to another BPI account. Ask ko lang po, how can I turn on the mobile key on my new device, when I do not have access to my old device? I was not able to transfer it before. Ang hirap magpadala sa family sa Pinas. I am in the US with no BPI atms around. Do you know a work around on my situation? Thanks
