Are you in lockdown or far from the bank and would like to send money to your loved ones in the Philippines? Well, you can do it through online banking or a few online applications. If you don’t know how, we will teach you how to send money to Palawan Express while at home!

You will need to have an account with the Banks or Applications, though, before you can proceed. Please note that unlike regular Palawan Express transactions, the sender or receiver will not receive text messages from Palawan.

How to Send Money from BDO Application to Palawan Express in Palawan Pawnshops
Reminder:
You can only claim it at Palawan Express in “Palawan Pawnshops”, not through Palawan Express Authorized Agents.
STEP 1: Open the BDO Mobile Banking App and Log-in to your account.
STEP 2: Tap “Send Money.”
STEP 3: Choose “For Cash Pick-up at any BDO Branch/Partner.”
STEP 4: Tap “Proceed without Template.”
STEP 5: Under the transaction type, choose “Pick up Cash Anywhere.”
STEP 6: Type details needed, save the template, and Tap “Confirm.”
- Amount
- Sender’s Details (Complete Name and Address)
- Receiver’s Details (Complete Name, Address, Birthdate, Gender) – it should match the I.D. that will be used for claiming money
STEP 7: Review the summary if all information is correct. There will be a service charge of PHP 100.00 for every transaction.
STEP 8: Tap “Continue,” and your money is successfully sent.
STEP 9: Go back to “Send Money,” tap “View Transaction Status,” and under send money type, you’ll need to choose “For Cash Pick Up.” You will see a reference number. Send it to your receiver. You can also receive an e-mail which you can forward to your receiver.
How to Send Money from BDO Online Banking Website to Palawan Express in Palawan Pawnshops

- Under the transaction type, choose “Pick up Cash Anywhere.”

- Sender’s Details (Complete Name and Address)
- Receiver’s Details (Complete Name, Address, Birthdate, Gender) – it should match the I.D. that will be used for claiming money
STEP 5: Review if all information is correct. There will be a service charge of PHP 100.00 for every transaction.
STEP 6: Click “Continue,” and your money is successfully sent.
STEP 7: Check the reference number at the top of your confirmation. Send it to your receiver.
How to Send Money from GCash to GCash and Cash Out through Palawan Pawnshops
Reminder:
Cash In and Cash out is available at Palawan Pawnshops and Bayad Centers.
P.S. You and your receiver need to have a GCash Account. Here’s a guide to register and use GCash.
For Sender
STEP 1: Open the GCash App on your phone.
STEP 2: Tap “Send Money.”
STEP 3: Choose “Express Send.”
STEP 4: Type in the number of the receiver and type the amount. Tap “Next.”
STEP 5: Wait for the text confirmation, and you have successfully sent money.
For Receiver
STEP 1: Receive money in your GCAsh account from the sender.
STEP 2: Go to the nearest Palawan Express and ask for a GCash Service Form.
STEP 3: Present a Valid ID.
STEP 4: Receive you’re a text message confirming your cash out and confirm it.
STEP 5: Receive your cash.
Please note that there is a Cash-out fee of Php 20.00 for every Php 1,000.00.
