Our Antarctica and Easter Island trips were truly one for the books. If you have been following us and have seen our photos and videos, it’s already evident how AMAZING these adventures were, and I must say, they will be hard to beat. Just when I thought the good days were over, we were welcomed at Hilton Garden Inn near Santiago Airport and stayed there for two nights. I wasn’t feeling well, and I’m happy that the hotel’s facilities helped me feel way better.

The Best Hotel Near Santiago Airport in Chile - Our Stay with Hilton Garden InnIt was a great place to stay, most especially if you are looking for high standards on a limited budget as the rooms are reasonably priced, and you don’t even have to spend so much on taxi fares going to the city center. We used this as a stopover after our trips, and we were very happy that we did. After all, it is just a 5-minute drive from the airport, and there’s a shuttle service available for its guests. Talk about convenience!

The rooms at Hilton Garden Inn are huge! You don’t feel ‘claustrophobic, ’ and you have space for your luggage and perhaps, shopped items. Below are the different room types. Perfect when you’ll be spending some time on a plane!

1 King Bed – In here you can enjoy reliable WiFi, 42-inch TV, desk and ergonomic chair if you wish to work during your stay and a mini-refrigerator. I can say, it’s perfect for an online worker like me.

2 Double Beds – Choose this option when you are traveling with friends or colleagues. You would get the same amenities from that of the 1 King Bed room, only of course, with two beds waiting for you.

1 King Access Evolution Rm - Feel like a royalty in this room with a Garden Sleep system bed with adjustable settings. You get to have a large work area and added facilities such as your microwave and coffee maker. I think you have everything covered if you choose this room.

You know that I love to eat and that I love breakfast, right? Well, the buffet breakfast offered by Hilton Garden Inn certainly did not disappoint. It was very satisfying and how I wish I wasn’t watching my diet so I could have eaten more. The restaurant offers lunch and dinner as well, and we were so surprised by the costs of the meals, as they were very affordable yet delicious with a high quality of service.
