How to Send Money to Cebuana Lhuillier through BPI (BPI to Cash)

More good news for those who have BPI Accounts! They don’t only allow you to send money to Palawan online, but now they had added Cebuana, too! Read our guide on how to send money to Cebuana Lhuillier through BPI. No need to go out to send money, you could do it anywhere, even at home.

For those who have a BPI Online account, feel free to send money to your loved ones, friends, or suppliers through their BPI to Cash feature. You can send it through Palawan Express or Cebuanflia Lhuiller. If you don’t have an online account yet, you can register online.

How to Send Money from BPI Website to Cebuana Lhuillier

STEP 1:  Open this website. Choose the Cebuana Lhuillier option before continuing.

STEP 2: Type the amount you wish to send, receiver’s details, and receiver’s mobile number. Double-check it because if there are misspellings, it might not get claimed, and you might do this again. Click “Next.”

STEP 3: Enter the e-mail address that you use for a BPI online account. Click “Login.”

STEP 4: Type the username and password you use for your BPI Account and click “Accept.”

STEP 5: You will be in another window that says your registration is successful. A text message is also sent. Click “close window now.”

STEP 6: Select the account you want to use and click “Pay Using BPI.” There is a charge of PHP 99 for every time you will send regardless of amount.

STEP 7: An OTP (One-Time Pin) to your registered mobile number. Enter it and “Proceed” to your transaction. In any case, you have made a mistake, don’t enter your pin and restart from step one.

STEP 8: A 13-digit reference number will appear on the screen. Please take note of this and send it to your receiver.

How to Claim the Money sent from BPI in Cebuana Lhuillier

STEP 1:  Get the 13-digit reference number from your sender.

STEP 2: Go to your nearest Cebuana Lhuillier to claim your money.

STEP 3: Tell the guard on duty that you are receiving money from BPI to cash. Receive a form and fill it up. You will need a valid ID, too.  Check here for the list of accepted IDs.

STEP 4: Get your cash.

How to enroll in BPI Online Banking

STEP 1:  Proceed to this website.

STEP 2: Choose what BPI product type you have.

STEP 3: Type your birthday and deposit account number. Click “Next.”

STEP 4: Enter the username you will use, password, and e-mail address. Remember those as you will be using it when logging in.

STEP 5: You have now successfully created a BPI Online Banking Account. You can edit the details of your profile, too, especially your mobile number.

Frequently Asked Questions on BPI to Cash

1. Is there a processing fee?

Yes, a PHP 99 service fee is charged per transaction.

2. Is there a transaction limit?

Yes, the limit is PHP 10,000 per transaction. You can also use a maximum of PHP 50,000 per day, and that includes cash-ins, loads, transfers, BPI to Cash, etc.

3. When are the funds available for the receiver?

As per BPI Website, the funds are available as early as four hours after the sender processed it. However, those that are processed beyond 1:30 pm, it will be available on the next day.

4. When is this feature available?

It’s available online 24/7.

5. Can I send it through the mobile app?

Not yet, the feature will be available soon.

6. I forgot the transaction number, what will I do?

Check your e-mail for the reference code; they will send a copy there.

7. Can I change the name or mobile number of my receiver?

Once it’s confirmed, it can’t be changed. You will need to cancel the transaction.

8. How do I cancel the transaction?

Contact BPI hotline at +632 889-10000 or 02 889-10000 or e-mail [email protected]. You will be given back your principal amount; the service fee can’t be reversed.

  1. I need to cancel my Cebuana Lhuillier transaction date January 2, 2022 due to wrong typing of middle initial of my receiver
    however I contacted many times in BPI hotline +63288910000 to speak any customer service about my concern but I can’t get through any customer service, please help me what I need to do now I really need to cancel that transaction because I made already a new one.
