  • Until September 30, 2020, you can change your departure date without change fees
  • Flight must be not later than November 30, 2020
  • You can cancel your flight and complete a form to obtain a travel voucher
  • Travel voucher is good for one year – you can use it on Air France, Delta, KLM, or Virgin Atlantic

Canceled Trip

  • You can postpone your trip
  • Obtain a travel voucher good for a year – you can use it on Air France, Delta, KLM, or Virgin Atlantic

New Flights Booked

  • Flights booked before March 31, 2020
  • Until September 30, 2020, you can change your departure date without change fees
  • Flight must be not later than November 30, 2020

STEP 1: Go to Air France – My Bookings.

STEP 2: Enter your reservation reference or ticket number and last name and click “Search.”

STEP 3: Check the flight if it’s the correct one. Click “Review / Modify Your Bookings.”

STEP 4: Search for new travel dates and change it.

STEP 5: There are no change fees; however, you might need to pay the fare difference if the new flight is more expensive than the original flight.

STEP 6: Receive a new Flight Itinerary.

STEP 1: Prepare your flight details as well as soft copies as to why you need to cancel and request a refund of your flight.

STEP 2: Go to the Ticket Refund page of Air France.
