Unbridled Class and Luxury at Oceans Edge Key West Hotel & Marina

By Kach Umandap May 28th, 2017 Posted in Luxury Hotel Review, North America Travel Blog, Travel Blog One Comment

My most favorite city in the whole USA is Key West. It is the southernmost point of North America. It is actually closer to Cuba than the mainland Florida!

We are here to refurbish our new sailboat, S/V Empress. But of course, this stay is not only for work but also to enjoy the sunshine in the Keys. And what better place to do so than Oceans Edge Key West Hotel & Marina!

This place is perfect for Empress. Built on a marina, this luxurious accommodation just opened this year. Everything is new, and the attention to detail is beyond belief. More important, the cost is well below what this level of the class typically costs.

It is the first full service, luxury hotel ever built on Stock Island. The design is very minimalistic yet elegant and sophisticated. The atmosphere is also very laid back – perfect to indulge in an awesome holiday.

Oceans Edge Key West Hotel & Marina is highly reviewed in the city. It offers top-notch privacy and full ocean views right from our room. The service is delightful as well – they even surprised us with cheese and wine inside our room!

The Rooms

We stayed in an Ocean King Suite on the second floor. I loved the views. The room is super nice, and this is the kind of minimalistic interior I would want for our boat. Just a clean and elegant design that makes you feel relaxed.
