Another website where you can find work in Montenegro is Prekoveze.me. Though the language is not in English, they have partnered with thousands of employers already. You can go to “Oglasi za Pasao” for the job listings.

  1. seems interesting, thanks for a lot of info but we just we need some clarification with your blogs, because you mentioned that we can apply after 5 years for permanent residency so how long the temporary resident will last? is the temporary resident will have the same benefits of the permanent resident??

    in addition, finding job in Montenegro as per you is that quite hard but with work hard defntly will find, so what do you think how many months to find a job for those who can’t speak their language? and what is the percentage of not finding a job?

    1. Temporary Residency is good for a year and can be renewable yearly – process is easier after your first one. If you are a PR then you will not be renewing yearly and get a chance to have a citizenship.

      Like most places, getting a job will depend on your skill-set. If you are non-Montenegrin speaker, try international companies in the tourism sector.
