HOTEL PALACE BERLIN, GERMANY : Giving Everyone A Chance To Experience Luxury @PalaceBerlin

By Two Monkeys Travel - Contributor May 29th, 2016 Posted in Europe Travel Blog, Luxury Hotel Review, Travel Blog 50 Comments

It’s my second time in Berlin, I was excited to see Germany’s capital again and hoped that it’s sweeter like the infamous love line suggests, “Love is sweeter the second time around.” Knowing that I will be accommodated with a luxury hotel for three nights was already enough to consider that this trip is definitely sweeter.

I had the chance to stay in one of the best suites offered by Hotel Palace Berlin. Here’s a glimpse of how awesome my experience was.

Located in the bustling centre of the city, Hotel Palace Berlin is the best place to stay if you are eyeing to visit top attractions such as the Zoological Garden, Ku’damm, KaDeWe and the Bradenburg Gate. Moreover, all kinds of travellers are certainly welcome as Hotel Palace Berlin caters and personalizes the needs of businessmen, tourists and even cultural visitors.

With 238 rooms and 40 suites, Hotel Palace Berlin showcases well-thought designs and contemporary amenities in each room and suite where all guests can get the comfort they truly deserve. I can definitely attest on that.

My home for four days – the Club Suite of Hotel Palace Berlin.

Luxury as its best! Never in my wildest dream that I will have a chance to stay in a suite. Exaggerating it might sound, but all my gratitude goes to Hotel Palace Berlin for letting me experience things that are beyond my dreams.  So that dream begun in the quickest and most relaxing check-in I had. It’s around 12 in the afternoon and actually three hours before the official check-in time at the Hotel.

One of Hotel Palace Berlin’s main assets is giving its guests yonder the warmest welcome one could imagine. I love letters and each word by the Hotel’s Junior PR and Marketing Manager, Nicole Penneke reveals the luxury and homey that I was about to experience.

Starting from the bed, the Club Suite of Hotel Palace Berlin elevates the cosiness. Simply elegant and huge soft bed was the reason of my three long and amazing sleep for three nights. Do I have the rights to complain? Not at all! I have been experiencing difficulty in sleeping straight and so that bed of Hotel Palace Berlin finally got the kick in making me sleep so deep.

At night, you can play with the different dims of light reflected in the bed. That adds up to the sophistication of the entire room.

I should also give credits to the whole feature of the Club Suite. Each contributed on how much I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Palace Berlin.

Hotel Palace Berlin 6
My favourite spot. I could work comfortably on that classy table and I could enjoy the TV while if I am in bed.
Hotel Palace Berlin 7
Another corner in my room where my back could lie comfortably while viewing the city.

For the bathroom, I could not ask for more as it is laid exactly I wanted to. I could see the Gedächtniskirche from the bathtub/Jacuzzi.

The sinks are nicely assembled in a long stall with the vast mirror one can really enjoy.

Warning: For those who are craving for sweets, let me add to your temptation.

That’s my first taste of food when I arrived at Hotel Palace Berlin. I thought it was just part of the welcome gifts by the Hotel’s team, but oh my, I was served everyday with this kind of desserts. That’s I finally realised how spoiled am I.

PEOPLE

From the reception up to the lounge and restaurant staff, I received nothing but great service.

Adrian at the Club Lounge as I have my first ‘light’ dinner.

From the PR and Marketing department until the Sales, I appreciate every act you have provided. Beginning from the days before I check in until I left the Hotel Palace, I felt nothing but excessive gratitude.

From those lines, I guess I can justly ascertain how great the people from the Hotel are.

My arrival had nothing but convenience as the smiles of the people from the reception could prompt a lively vibe in my stay.

Every bite I had was nothing but luscious as the professionalism of the staff in the restaurant and in the lounge could easily add to the taste of every dish.

I left the Hotel with smiles reaching until my ears and it’s all because of the people who gave me the true touch of luxury.

TIPS

With the weariness you can get from exploring Berlin, a place located in the centre of the city is the best choice to stay. Not only due to easy transportation access but as well as to the convenience of shops for souvenir items, food and even business needs. You can purchase day tickets for public transportation that obviously cost less than buying single tickets.

There are lots of hotels around the centre of Berlin but search the prices as much as possible as some low-star hotels are actually offering the nearly the same with luxury hotels.

Note: Hotel Palace Berlin provided three complimentary nights of stay but the views written on this article are my own.
