Do you want to be an English Teacher while Traveling?

Hello everyone,

Have you been dreaming of an exciting adventure lately? Maybe a year riding motorbikes through the lush mountains of Vietnam, 6 months lazing on the beaches of Thailand or a semester eating tapas and drinking Spanish wine in Barcelona? Perhaps you’d like to visit the old Japanese capital of Kyoto or have always dreamed of walking across the great wall of China? Now maybe your chance!

A TEFL certificate qualifies its holder to teach English as a foreign language to non-native speakers which is a job market that is reaching explosive heights these days. With globalization occurring at such a rapid pace and the demand for quality English teachers at an all-time high, it’s incredibly easy for English speakers to gain employment without a degree or experience, just a TEFL certificate.

TEFL certification maybe just that key for you to begin that adventure you’ve always been dreaming of being it in the jungles of South America, the cobblestone streets of Europe or the bustling markets of Asia.

MyTEFL’s 120-hour professional course is the international gold standard in TEFL certification and it’s completely online and self-paced making it easy to incorporate into your busy life schedules. Once you successfully complete the course, you’ll be awarded an internationally recognized certificate that you can use to teach and travel the world or even use to make a bit of extra money from the comfort of your own home in the form of online lessons.

Please note that TEFL course providers are only providing the TEFL course and the TEFL certification that teachers need to be able to teach English as a foreign language. Every country has its own employment and visa requirements and they often change without prior notice. These requirements can sometimes require that TEFL certification is “validated”, “notarized”, or “authenticated”. Such is the case with China and Vietnam. It is your own responsibility to check the requirements for the country that you plan to teach in, as no TEFL course provider has any control over the employment visa regulations of other countries.

While there are many mediums one can use to capture memories of their travels, photos are undoubtedly one of the best. With nothing but a simple camera, a photographer can convey sights, energy, and feelings in a single snapshot that can be shared with friends and family through social media or the pages of a photo album as well as remain a lasting artifact of adventures past.

Travel is one of the more difficult subjects to photograph as well, moments pass by in a second and unless the photographer is practicing constant vigilance with his or her camera, it’s very likely it will remain unrecorded. Travel photographers also need to make do with minimal equipment as lugging around tons and tons of equipment tends to be a bit difficult in far out and remote places. So while travel photography is difficult and at times tedious, we encourage each and every one of you to share your favorite travel shots with us to celebrate travel photographers big and small, DSLR cameras and smartphone users alike!

The photo can be of anything travel-related; a beautiful sunset from the top of a mountain in Switzerland, white sand beaches in Thailand, a perfect pasta in Italy, you with your luggage or even a haggard airport selfie!
