Remember, Ala Moana is set at a strategic location with lots of amazing views, and since Mariposa is here, make use of its location! If you choose to eat at Mariposa, make sure to reserve a seat on the patio. Enjoy your food while looking at the scene outside Ala Moana such as the Magic Island.

What to Order?
There are two types of menus at Mariposa; the Dine-In Menu and the Sunset Lounge Menu (offered 4 PM-6:30 PM).
At the bar, you can enjoy a wide selection of cocktails, beer, wine, and even non-alcoholic beverages.
For starters, try their Kahuku Corn Chowder consists of Ewa sweet corn, focaccia croutons, and chives. The Laksa Curry is also a must-try! The salmon in it melts in your mouth that would want you to dig in more. You just know that all the ingredients used are fresh and cooked very well.
For the Sunset Lounge Menu, there are two categories you can choose from; hot and cold menus. Their chilled King Crab Salad with Mari’s butter lettuce, ho farm tomatoes, avocado, watermelon radish, sugar snap peas, and green goddess dressing is a great meal!
If you’re not into cold meals, try their Smoked Brisket Sandwich, a house-smoked beef brisket, toasted brioche, mustard sauce, with Mari’s garden mini crudités. All these delicious meals can be enjoyed while having a great view of the scene outside.
