Who wouldn’t want to visit one of UNESCO’s World Heritage sites? Who wouldn’t want to experience the magnificent sight of a shifting sea of pink flamingos? Who wouldn’t, well, you get the drift. That’s why you should visit Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya.

It will allow you to experience all of these things and more. Just make sure to check the eVisa requirements to visit Kenya before you go. Of course, it is always also helpful to have some idea about what to do once you arrive at your destination. That’s why a few suggestions might come in handy when you plan your trip to Lake Nakuru.

It is possible to apply for a visa online when wanting to visit Kenya. There are several requirements you will have to meet in order to do so and these include but are not limited to a valid passport and being able to provide evidence of a return ticket. Depending upon which type of visa you are applying for, different and/or additional documents might have to be submitted as well.

When applying for a Kenyan eVisa you will be requested to submit information on your reason for traveling to Kenya as well as some personal information and passport details. The entire online application process is fairly quick and it is meant to facilitate travel to the region, effectively bypassing the need to spend time at a consulate or an embassy. Safari is the way to go

When visiting the Lake Nakuru National Park you really need nothing else than nature and the wildlife that surrounds you. It is truly a unique sight and experience. It is one of the most visited tourist destinations in Africa and although the 2 million flamingos that call it home might have something to do with it, there is an abundance of other magnificent sights as well. Such as both black and white rhino populations and the famous Rothschild giraffe. If you have always longed to see leopards, then this is the place to visit.

The best way to see all of these incredible animals and truly explore the wonder that is Lake Nakuru National Park is to book yourself on one of the many safari tours in the area. That way you will get to experience all that the park has to offer from a safe perspective, benefitting from the expertise of the guides. It’s possible to find comfortable accommodations located in the area as well which will make the experience even more spectacular.
