5 Reasons Why La Suite West, London is a Lovely Choice for Young Couples @lasuitewest

It was a Sunday and indeed, a lovely day to stay at a boutique hotel called La Suite West. I love this property not just because of its sleek architecture and clean-cut interior but also because of its ideal location which is near shops and from our meeting venues. So if you are looking for a hotel which is the perfect choice for business and leisure in London, then La Suite West will fit anyone’s criteria.

We knew we are going to have a long day provided that we were invited as press for the Conde Nast Traveller’s – The Luxury Travel Fair event. So, having a nice hotel would be a treat for us! And La Suite did not disappoint.

Even if we traveled for business purposes, I still think that La Suite West is a cool choice even for young couples who travel. And here, I will give you 5 REASONS why your couples should stay in La Suite West!

1. Located in a serene and quiet part of Hyde Park

We all want to have the most amazing sleep at night, most especially after hours of traveling. If you are in London and would always want to ‘recharge’ for the next day’s adventure, book a property like La Suite West. It is situated in the serene part of Hyde Park where you don’t have to worry about the ‘city’ noise that will wake you up in the middle of the night.

2.Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are just short walk away

And even with its quiet location, you would be surprised how near La Suite West is from Bayswater and Queensway stations. It would be a breeze to take public transportation! Aside from that, shopping areas are just minutes away. Good thing that I was able to control my urge to shop. My Atlanta shopping spree was just mad – but extremely fun (and therapeutic as some shopaholics would call it)!

3. Relaxing Vibe with its Minimalist Zen Interior

A lot of modern boutique hotels opt for a minimalist interior and La Suite West did it with so much class. Just so you know, it was created by a world – renowned interior designer, Anouska Hempel. It’s not your usual ‘basic’ hotel because their design is coupled with the latest technology which makes it perfect for young and adventurous travellers like us.

4. Awesome staff to welcome you

What makes our stay even more worth – sharing was our experience with the La Suite West’s staff. They know how to make their guests feel at home. Not only that! You can easily ask them for directions and even things you can do around the area. Knowledgeable, indeed!

5. Rooms are reasonably priced

For budget – conscious travellers like me, La Suite West offers rooms with reasonable prices. With its location, amenities and great service, you can’t really ask for more!

The Rooms and Suites at La Suite West

Choose from these fantastic rooms and you would have a guaranteed ‘good night rest’!

Petite Double – With an average of 15 square meters, the Petite Double is considered the coziest option in La Suite West. The room is complete with a king – sized bed, chairs and a lovely bathroom.

Long Stay Bedroom – There are also spacious bedrooms if you plan to stay in London for quite some time. It can definitely fit your huge luggage and can house your different wardrobe.

Superior Double – If you feel that the Petite Double is too small for your needs, you can always choose a higher category room, Superior Double. You get to enjoy the same amenities and facilities. Now, with bigger rooms at 19 square meters.

Superior Twin – Are you going to share your room with a friend? Then this option is the most practical.

Deluxe Double ­– You will definitely fall in love with this room. With its relaxing interior and a bathroom that has heated floors, you are all set for an amazing stay!

Junior Suite – Get the biggest rooms by choosing a Junior Suite. Your room even has its own large sofa and dining table. You can convert the sofa into a bed if you are coming with a child.

Terrace Suite ­– And who wouldn’t want a private terrace? Wake up to this and you are sure to start your day right!

The Gastronomic Experience

Superb, I am telling you. We were able to experience dining at La Suite West’s RAW Restaurant. Also, we didn’t miss the chance to have an Afternoon Tea.

RAW Restaurant – This is the property’s newly opened restaurant that offers healthy options. Glad they have this kind of menu because as you may all know, I am really watching what I eat after my training at the Boot Camp UK. This is not just becoming popular for the guests, other tourists that would like to enjoy healthy food can visit RAW Restaurant as well. With the awesome chef, Nik Heartland, expect the best food nature has in store for you.

Afternoon Tea – “Nothing is more British than Afternoon Tea in London.” It’s hard to eat the food. Don’t get me wrong. They are all delicious. It’s just that – they are too beautiful to eat. I really enjoy Afternoon Teas and the one from La Suite West is one of the best I had so far!

Other Facilities

Gym ­– Open from 7 AM to 9 PM, the guests can flex their muscles and burn calories at the hotel’s newly opened gym. As they say, “Look good and feel good at La Suite West!”

Meetings and Events – There is also an area for your meetings and events need. You may reach out to the hotel and have the perfect event that will meet your expectations.

Other dining options ­– Aside from the aforementioned gastronomic experiences, La Suite West has a Garden Terrace so you can enjoy your food – al fresco! Holding a private dinner? That’s possible too!

Wondering what you can do around La Suite West?

Hyde Park – You are just 2 – minutes away from the biggest park in London. You can do so much in here like swimming, boating, cycling or if you just want to read a good book, Hyde Park is a good place to visit.

Notting Hill – Visit Notting Hill and I’m sure your ‘tourist energy’ will put into test. With all the shopping and dining places you can find here, you can spend hours without even noticing the time.

Edgware Road – Known for shopping as well, Edgware Road is a must if you want to buy something unique for yourself, or for your loved ones.  

Summary and Tips

If you are going to stay at La Suite West, make sure you have a very comfortable walking shoes and a shopping spirit because it would be hard to resist all the good finds in London!
