  1. I like it that you mentioned choosing only caterers who are flexible enough for last minutes changes, such as adding servings and coming up with halal dishes. Since Grandpa wouldn’t be sure of who will attend their diamond anniversary party, so he’d love to have their caterer ready for who and how many would arrive. If they come by the busload or if his Muslim veteran brothers come, he’d definitely feel more confident with a caterer that’s prepared for whatever happens.
