In Slipway, you get to live in an Art Deco apartment building that provides you with an awesome view of the creek. This is perfect for romantic couples and yacht lovers. So yes, Jon loved every bit of it. Living Area

It is very relaxing to stay at the unit’s living area because it is spacious and there’s enough light to brighten up one’s day. The walls are made even more interesting with fine arts from local and global artists. I bet young lovers would be in awe seeing this unit. And for a TV – lover like me, I can spend the whole day in here just munching on popcorns while my favorite series plays. The balcony is even perfect when I want to breathe fresh air. Kitchen

It would be easy to whip up something great in Slipway’s kitchen as it is fully equipped with the best tools. Even if there are a number of great places to dine in Falmouth, it is still romantic to cook for your partner and setup a dinner date in your room. This is an artillery fort that holds so much history and is open from 10 AM and 5 PM. Without a doubt, this will take you back in time.

Glendurgan Garden

I’m sure you would enjoy the maze in the garden apart from the beautiful flowers and plants. The staff here are very friendly too.

Falmouth Art Gallery

This is a great idea for all art lovers out there. And if you are not, I’m sure that visiting the art gallery will make you one. There is so much to see from vintage artists to contemporary ones.

  1. My hubby is from the south-west, so we’ve spent many a holiday down in Cornwall, but we haven’t stayed in Falmouth yet! It looks gorgeous, so fingers crossed we’ll make it there one day! x
