I spent about 2 months in Iloilo back in 2015, my favourite budget hotel was the Queens Pension House in Jaro. Was just 649 PHP per night ($13.48) and situated right in the heart of the town, a stones throw away from the Bavarian (German) Bar which is an absolute MUST visit place to go in Iloilo for some very tasty food and massive stein of German beer! umm…
