The Start of a Thrilling and Exciting Adventure

Deep Dive Dubai continues to attract thrill-seekers, certified divers, and curious visitors from all over the world. This Olympic-size diving pool plunges to a jaw-dropping 60 metres (196 feet) and offers far more than just depth. It’s a glimpse into an incredible underwater world.

The UAE remains one of the top affordable destinations that combine adventure with convenience, including facilities like Al Maktoum airport nearby, reliable transport, and public spaces with strong connectivity.

This pool is 196 feet deep. It has an underwater city with old homes and even an arcade. Sadly, I couldn’t join them because I was recovering from surgery. But I’ll be back!

Deep Dive Dubai also welcomes beginners. So if it’s your first time diving, you can still try it. It’s right here at the deepest swimming pool in the world. How cool is that?

The Dive!

When we saw the pool, it was overwhelming. It’s huge. And really deep. I was excited but had to sit it out because of my surgery. Another reason to return soon!

Luckily, Hobograph and Nemanja went diving. They suited up with underwater cameras and waterproof phone bags, ready to explore. And they had an amazing time. Talk about going in at new depths!

This venue is not just deep. It’s artistic. Inside the world’s deepest pool, you’ll find a sunken city, caves, and even a media editing room with art lighting. There are large windows where spectators and family can safely watch from the outside.

It’s designed with inspiration from volcanic rock, incorporating NASA technology for water filtration and UV radiation safety. The water is fresh water, crystal-clear, and comfortably warm.

The dive staff provided all the gear, including wetsuits, tanks, and safety equipment. Children 10 years and older can also join, as long as they meet the requirements. Free divers and scuba divers alike are welcome, with zones marked for different skill levels.

Watching from the surface made me realize this wasn’t just another pool. It was a statement. A nod to innovators, like those who built Deepspot in Poland or Y-40 in Italy. But make no mistake, Dubai’s Deep Dive remains the world’s deepest pool, even compared to Civaux in France or facilities in Seoul.
