Defeat Your Sweet Cravings With Sweet Defeat

Eat, sleep, work, repeat. That’s how my life has become over the past few years since we’ve started traveling. It seems fine when you first look at it but what makes it terrible is that I have no routine. I eat anytime I want when I feel hungry (be it late at night or past midnight), I work a lot and I can even work for 16 hours straight, and I sleep a little due to this unhealthy lifestyle.

As you could see in my photos, this unhealthy lifestyle is showing a lot on my body. I have miserably failed in my balik-alindog (back to fitness) program over the past few years. Worse is that I’ve gained so much weight, thanks to all the buffets I’ve had while traveling and of course, thanks to my brain which seems to get overly excited from the word ‘buffet’ and I just instantly grab everything I want from the buffet table. The best part of the buffet for my brain is the desserts section where I grab one of each cake and chocolates as if I’m under the spell of a Sweet Tooth Fairy! When this fairy overuses her power, I even go on for Round 2 until my stomach gives up on me. Haha!

Anyway, aside from this unhealthy lifestyle, I believe one of the reasons why I’ve gained so much weight is my sugar addiction. I love love love sweets! Give me a tub of Nutella and I swear I’ll finish it in one seating. Give me a huge box of Ferrero Rocher and it wouldn’t even last me a week. I would surely win the grand prize if there’s a Chocolate Eating Contest out there. Lol.

Lately, I’ve been consistent with my daily Yoga and Pilates workout so I guess this is the best time to curb out that cravings for sweets. Honestly, I couldn’t do this on my own. Fighting this sweet tooth is the hardest part of getting fit. Good thing I found Sweet Defeat.

What is Sweet Defeat?

Sweet Defeat is the only clinically proven natural lozenge that stops sugar cravings within seconds!

How does it work?

I know you must be thinking that it’s too good to be true but it really does it’s job. Let me tell you how our brain works first.

Eating sweets is addictive! Didn’t you notice that once you get a taste of it, you’ll end up wanting more and more? That’s because science dictates that eating sweets make you want to eat more sweets. Apparently, sugar molecules activate sweet taste receptors in your tongue, once the brain recognizes this sweet signals, it automatically triggers your cravings which could last for up to 30 minutes (that’s long after a meal has ended). Yikes! So this is where Sweet Defeat comes in.

As it dissolves on the tongue, the patented formula binds to sugar-craving taste buds to suppress sweet taste and curb cravings in a matter of seconds!! Goodbye, chocolate cake and Nutella, I can finally say No to you now! Haha.

What is it made of?

It is made of all-natural and plant-based products such as:

  • Gymnema Extract- The Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf has been used for centuries by ancient cultures for its ability to block sweet receptors that cause sugar cravings.
  • Zinc- It works synergistically with Gymnema to block sugar-receiving taste buds on the tongue.
  • Mint- This extract provides an added cool mint finish.

How do I use it?

Just pop one lozenge into your mouth once the cravings start kicking in and that’s it! You’ll notice it will all be gone in a matter of seconds! I suggest you take it right before dessert or after you take a bite (we all need to satisfy our cravings, after all). This could suppress the cravings for up to one hour and it is safe to take it as often as necessary.

How do I purchase it?

You can get your hands on this amazing products in just a few clicks! Note that they only ship at all 50 States of the US. They might soon be shipping internationally so subscribe to their page to get a notification.

1) Choose your Sweet Defeat Product (you may take one box or subscribe to save and to make sure you’ll never run out of it);

2)  Provide them with your Shipping Information;

3) Pay online with your major credit cards; and

4) Wait for your orders to arrive!

Seriously, I’d rather pay a few centavos for this than pay so much for this famous Chocolate Dream Cake and eat everything in one seating to the detriment of my health. Health is very precious, so I suggest you get yours now! 🙂

Let’s see what’s going to happen after my 30-day SWEET DEFEAT Challenge!
