Let’s start this two-week travel guide in Indonesia with Bandung – vast scenery of green plantations heading towards a surprising panorama of active volcanoes where the heart of West Java of Indonesia can be found. The third largest city of Indonesia is Bandung. Common cold wind chill, just perfect for a stroll with a sight of green carpets of tea plantations from left to right.  It’s an easy reach between the balance of calmness of nature and unpredictable fabled crater of volcanoes.

We continue our journey to the center of fine Javanese arts and culture, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Well known for its traditional method of producing beautifully hand-made Batik crafts, this city is also a paradise for their must-see ancient temples including one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Borobudur Temple. A historical and cultural experience awaits you as we head to the inviting city of the Indonesian island of Java, Yogyakarta.

Next, on our travel guide in Indonesia, we are traveling to the highlands of East Java, a place embraced by dropping temperature with a panoramic view of greenery up to the mountains. Bromo Mountain, also known as Gunung Bromo, is an active cone visited both by local and foreign visitors for its striking scenery and up-close encounter of crater activities.
