  5. Hi, i am not sure if you mentioned about types of IDs which will be needed upon claiming of money. Are there specific IDs required by Palawan Pawnshop / Express from the recipient? If so, may i ask for the list of IDs that is acceptable? What alternatives can you suggest in case the recipient does not have the required ID? Will they accept supporting documents in lieu of the primary requirements?

  8. Hi! I tried sending to Palawan Express using my BDO mobile app. Unfortunately, the transfer is ONLY supported in Palawan Pawnshop (not Palawan Express) outlets. It might be worthwhile to include this detail esp important now since the ECQ limits travel.

Just want you to know that you can’t pick-up the money at Palawan Express, but at Palawan Pawnshop instead. 🙂

        1. If na-send mo na po yun at siya nakalagay sa Receiver mo dapat sya din ang kukuha. Pero, you can also send money again to another receiver. If di na claim yung padala mo, they will credit it back to you.

      1. Palawan Pawnshop has Palawan Express Servies. There are also Palawan Express Authorized Agents that do not have functions like receiving money from BDO, etc.

        1. Hi. Unionbank card po yong gamit ko. 7 hours na po mula nung nagpadala ako til now wala pang transaction code na bibibigay. Mga ilang oras pa po kaya yon?

          1. Is this Unionbank direct to Palawan? Usually, it will be sent within the day. Please try checking “send money to remittance center,” then go to your transaction history if for “pick-up na say.”

  11. How days do I need to wait to get my money? I can’t get my money because it says that I need to wait for 48 to 72 hours.
